Clinical Psychologist
Abby is a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist who qualified from the University of East Anglia in 2022. She has worked in specialist autism and ADHD assessment services, acute hospital settings, and CAMHS services for children with intellectual disabilities and autism.
Abby has a specialist interest in neurodivergence and has extensive experience supporting autistic individuals, people with ADHD, and those with learning disabilities. She previously led on the trauma and attachment pathway within a specialist neurodevelopmental service, developing expertise in understanding complex presentations where trauma and neurodevelopmental differences overlap.
Abby takes a strengths-based, formulation-led approach to assessment, aiming to understand each individual’s unique profile of strengths, differences, and support needs. She is passionate about delivering accessible, person-centred assessments that recognise neurodiversity and help individuals and families make sense of their experiences. Abby is trained and experienced in administering the Autism Diagnostic Interview – Revised (ADI-R) and the ADHD Child Evaluation (ACE) assessments.
